What the tools do with your input

Nothing leaves your browser. The tools on this site are client-side code: when you paste text into one, it is processed by JavaScript running on your own machine. The input is not transmitted, not logged and not stored on any server, because there is no server-side component to receive it.

You can verify this rather than take our word for it. Open your browser developer tools, switch to the network panel, and use any tool on this site. You will see the page load, and then no further request carrying your content.

What is stored on your device

One item: your light or dark theme choice, kept in localStorage so the site does not flash the wrong colours on your next visit. It is not a cookie, it is never sent anywhere, and clearing your browser storage removes it.

Analytics

This site can use Google Analytics to count page views and a small set of interaction events — which tool was used, whether a result was copied or downloaded, whether the input failed to parse. The events never carry what you typed or pasted; only that something happened. It only runs once you accept the banner offered on your first visit; declining leaves the site fully usable. Google sets cookies to do this, and the cookie policy lists them and explains how to change your answer.

Advertising

No advertising runs on this site yet and no advertising script is loaded. When it is introduced, ads will appear beside the page title and below the tool, never inside it, and this section and the cookie policy will describe what is set. No advertising service will have access to anything you type into a tool: the tools do not send your input anywhere, so there is no path to one.

Server logs

Pages are served by a hosting provider that records standard request information — IP address, requested URL, timestamp and user agent — in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. This is ordinary web-server logging, it happens for every site you visit, and it is not connected to anything you do inside a tool.

Your rights

Because the tools collect no personal data, there is normally nothing for us to export or delete.
