Based on your organizational structure, each employee receives an invite to complete the online survey exploring the 9 Cultural Drivers.​
These 9 Cultural Drivers are made up of 21 questions measured in a 5-point scale.​
In addition to these, 4 additional themes questions help uncover key cultural issues qualitatively to dig deeper on the quantitative insights from the 21 questions.
