Working alongside our experienced engineers and customer service team, your role as a MotorEasy Assessor will be to speak with customers who need their car repaired and assess their claim against the terms of their warranty or service plan. Salary based on experience.

• Assess warranty and GAP claims using our software and process
• Manage car repairs in network workshops
• Discuss claims with workshops and customers via telephone, email and our systems
• Any other duties your manager reasonably asks you to perform
