Working alongside our experienced engineers and customer service team, your role as a Motor Easy Assessor will be to speak with customers who need their car repaired and assess their claim against the terms of their warranty or service plan. Salary based on experience.
Duties:
- Assess warranty and GAP claims using our software and process
- Manage car repairs in network workshops
- Discuss claims with workshops and customers via telephone, email and our systems
- Any other duties your manager reasonably asks you to perform
